Quick-Swap Battery System
Swap batteries in 30 seconds. No charging downtime between sessions. Run continuous operations with fewer karts and fewer batteries than fixed-battery competitors — saving 30–40% on your fleet investment.
Each battery pack weighs just 12 kg (27 lbs), making exchanges as fast and simple as handing off a package. Dedicated charging docks provide faster, more stable charging with improved cooling that extends battery life cycle — ideal for facilities with limited pit stop areas or tight budgets.
Built for Commercial Durability
BSR rental karts are built on heavy-duty chromoly steel frames with multi-stage impact absorption — PE plastic protection, polyurethane shock absorbers, and 4–5mm ABS bodywork. The R3 2.5 Gen features a 32mm chromoly frame with 10–20mm PE and 40mm shock absorbers. These karts are designed to survive rental customers, day after day.
The lightweight chassis and power unit deliver a smooth, precise driving experience while reducing tire wear, lowering energy consumption, and minimizing damage from collisions — cutting your ongoing maintenance costs.
Adjustable Power & Software Control
Software-adjustable power levels let you tune karts for your specific track layout. The R3 2.5 Gen offers up to 8 levels and 12 kW / 16 hp, so you can run lower-power junior sessions and full-power adult sessions on the same fleet. Remote control enables real-time power adjustment and safety shutdown.
BSR karts are compatible with any karting safety and timing management system, letting you centrally organize races, monitor sessions, and manage your facility from a single platform. Power and energy consumption are optimized through software tuned specifically for your track.
U.S.-Based Service & Support
Shockt is your domestic partner — not an overseas manufacturer. We stock parts, handle warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, perform software upgrades, and provide hands-on support from our Wichita, KS facility.
When you launch a new project, our team will visit your facility to fine-tune all kart parameters for your specific track — optimizing power, energy consumption, and safety settings through software. We also provide comprehensive training for your technical staff on kart maintenance, track operations, and safety procedures.
